What is the deposit?
A non-refundable $250 is required to save your date. 


What is "idle time" and how do you charge?
Idle time is the time outside of operating hours.  For example, you may optimize your Service Time by having the booth Operation for one hour during the beginning of your event and then stand "idle" during times you want full audience attention, such as speeches, food service, or presentations.  "Idle time" is charged at $50 for every 30 minutes in 30 minutes increments and will be planned out during the contractual period.


What does "unlimited photos" mean?
You get as many photos your heart pleases and as fast as our machines can pump them out during the Service Period.


How big is the Open-Air Kiosk?
5 FT X 6FT X 7FT is the size of the kiosk.  Optimally, 6 feet between the kiosk and backdrop is recommended.


What if your equipment breaks down?
We always have back up cameras and printers.  If both printer breaks down, we will provide a website with all the photos where you and your guests can log on and order prints free of charge plus free shipping!


Do you offer venue insurance?
Yes.  We include $1,000,000 liability coverage in the venue's name.
